LINE DETECTOR

The ILIA line is the sum of all the work carried out in line detection and brings truly innovative and unique technology to the market. The basic working principal is that of detection through modulation of the infrared carrier, but to this is added a series of technical improvements that make it a high sensitivity Line detector.

The line has two models, a Transmitter/Receiver model and a Reflection system model with the same detection capacity, the same protection rating, IP65, and with the same design. The detector has come into being to meet particular the industrial market which needs detectors without the need to scale heights on each occasion. With this in mind ILIA can be completely run at ground level by means of a remote control device. The remote control can be used for up to 8 Detectors, even of different types, as well as to carry out adjustments and regulate the outputs of each device from the ground and also check calibration and perform maintenance operations and alarm and fault tests. The connection is a serial RS485 which means installation savings and also subsequent ordinary maintenance savings. ILIA also has accessories such as the internal diaphragm and short circuit insulator for best operation under all conditions.

ILIA can cover distances up to 200 metres in its Transmitter/Receiver version and 150 metres in its Reflection version.

Its “HS” or high sensitivity label confirms how precise and early the detection of these models is with regard both to smoke and to fire. All the models also have double infrared emission to ensure complete signal stability; this feature has solved motorisation difficulties as the angle of alignment for the ILIA is very wide, while detection is precise under all conditions.



THE MODELS

ILIA is available in Tx-Rx version (ERHS0712) and in Reflection version (ERRHS0712).

Could be used in every industrial or civil premises with extreme easy installation and programming, with very low costs for mounting, cabling and maintenance.

Both the models need the Controller CSRLS for programming, calibration and remote test execution. To the Controller they are connectable from 2 u to 8 detectors by the expansion cards SLMS, also of different technology, TX/RX or Reflection.



THEY ARE ALSO AVAILABLE THE VERSIONS OF ILIA:

• In white color (ERHS0712-1013 – ERRHS0712-1013)
• Equipped with a special SW with possibility of management of PRE ALARM (ERHS0712-PRO)
• Equipped with a special SW with possibility of management of PRE ALARM and provided with a dust proof extension pipe (ERHS0712-PRO-L) to be used only in combination with the Controller PRO version.
• It is now available the new single zone Linear beam detector, ILIA-OZ, consisting of Transmitter-Emitting unit (TRx), the Reflection Unit with swivel and its controller (CSRLS-OZ), included in the package, that allows to manage by the ground all the setting, test and maintenance of the detector, with operative distance from 5 to 80 m with Reflection Unit, from 81 to 100 m with 4 Reflection Unit.

AVAILABLE CONTROLLER VERSIONS (CSRLS):

• CSRLS-2 Base version for standard civil and industrial premises, with absence of dust and steam.
• CSRLS-2-DUST DUST version for installation in critical environments with presence of aerosol, dust, steam
• CSRLS-2-FROST special Version perfect for installation in cold storage or environment with presence of water steam or suspended fogs in defrost stages.
• CSRLS-2-PRO Version– to combine exclusively with the ILIA ERHS0712-PRO model. To install in VERY critical environment with presence of constant intense steam or dust, where it is necessary to have a double threshold of sensitivity to grant alarm without false signals. To be used only with the insertion of SLMS expansion cards and with the connection of 5 detectors maximum.

SPECIFIC ACCESORIES:

SOHI Protection Case for Detectors of ILIA’s series ERHS and ERRHS, with pressure cup, to be used in environment where there could be problems given by steam, acid or particular kind of dust or where there is need clean, disinfection, or to wash with high pressure jet. Suitable to enforce the protection of the detectors and grant the detectors maintaining their continue high performance during the time in such environments. Use of SOHI doesn’t effect on capability of sensitivity and detection of ILIA, protecting and safeguarding from irreparable and permanent damages. 



FAPO Additional accessory for SOHI overhousing so that it is possible to close completely it to avoid accumulations of dust into the front ring.
