PRODUCTS IN REPAIR AND RETURNS

In case you need to send back material for repair we kindly ask you to always refer to the distributor from whom you have purchased the product for sending it at our laboratory. Please note that the serial number of the product is very useful to determine the period of purchase and the primary customer.



If you have the maintenance of a system which you have not installed, where are present our detectors, we kindly ask you to contact our offices by mail to the adress: info@setronicverona.com, to get an indication of the distributor closest to you in order to send in repair or reconditioning the products.



Any document attached to the product posted should never contain the reference “Return warranty”; any warranty repair will be at our complete discretion.
