Return Merchandise Authorization for the management of the repair and / service of products by SETRONIC

SETRONIC Verona uses an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) system for the management and identification of the entire repair and / or service process of its products according to the regulation UNI 11224:2019.

If you are a direct SETRONIC customer and you need to send us a product for repair and / or service, continue to the RMA request procedure.

If you are not a direct customer SETRONIC VERONA we kindly ask you to contact the distributor where the product was purchased, or contact us by email at assistenza@setronicverona.com to find out who to contact in your area.
